At Slingshot Sports, we want you to be fully stoked on your new gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund.
